Description
We are looking for a Business Support Manager for a maternity cover for up to 12 months. Hybrid working, 2 days a week in our Teddington office. (we'll consider full or part-time minimum of 30 hours)


Your role as the Business Support Manager, will be to:

  • Manage customer contracts, make sure all contracts are correctly set up into our CRM System.
  • Support sales team in gaining all relevant documentation and information required while negotiating new contracts and submitting new quotes.
  • Have ownership of thirdparty renewals and reporting.

You bring a background of experienceand skill in business support functions and can work in a stand alone role but as part of a wider team.


Experience Required

  • Previous experience of having supported a range of business functions.
  • Experience of managing and maintaining customer contracts.
  • Strong IT skills & digital confidence and have used software to improve efficiency.

Job Function Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer contracts for 3 of our companies.
  • Support sales team with information and documentation when submitting a quote or negotiating a new contract.
  • Process sales orders from customers, set up milestones & invoice triggers in Jira.
  • Create accounts, contract pages, assets & epics, update & maintain them in CRM & Jira.
  • Process annual maintenance renewals & liaise with management for annual RPI increases.
  • Run MBS (Monthly Billing Schedule) for all received Purchase Orders.
  • Provide Business Support to P4C team, update proposal documents & reports.
  • Provide support to Associates, raise PO's, check monthly timesheets & invoices.
  • Onboarding new CRM users set up and train them on using the system.
  • Update existing & implement new functions on CRM & maintain MI reports.
  • Provide day to day support for all CRM end users.
  • 3rd Party Monthly contract reporting.
  • 3rd Party Requesting quotes from suppliers, SAP, Oracle etc.
  • 3rd Party Manage 3rd Party renewals, raise POs for suppliers.
  • Chase for QR's (Quote Requests) to be progressed on Jira.
  • Sort out any queries raised on the above tasks.
  • Other Ad-Hoc tasks

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and other relevant software.
  • A quick learner and able to navigate few systems at the same time.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
