Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity as a Service Advisor at a volume main dealer? We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team and help drive our service department to new heights.


As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, communicating with technicians and parts departments, and ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied withtheir service experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide Great customer service.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the journey.
  • Communicate with workshop regarding customer vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Experience in role service advisor
  • Nice to have main dealer experience.

Salary and Benefits
- £28k Basic OTE £34k
