12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Centigen have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Scheduler to join them on a 12 Month Fixed Term, Full time contract.

We are looking for someone who can deliver an effective service for the group and who feels comfortable working in an operational administrative role.

Key responsibilities

Day-to-day, you will be involved in all aspects of contract management including booking appointments, scheduling jobs and ensuring that all works are completed on time and to a high standard, whilst ensuring our fantastic customer service is delivered to all customers.

Using your administrative skills, you will give assistant to the team by raising work orders and assisting in providing information on KPI's.

You will provide support to tenants and keep them up to date on progress of any planned works and liaise with contractors to ensure that all correct documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Working with your line manager, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and delivered within budget. You will work in line with the Group's risk management policies and procedures, raising any areas of concern.
