Are you looking for your next career step in Electronics and Test Engineering?


Based in Andover, you will report to the Technical Director, and provide support in all aspects of testing and test development for semiconductor components.


You will be responsible for test development, testing and order fulfilment, which includes receiving and preparing device samples for testing, running the tests, interpreting results and preparing the relevant documentation.


You will prepare and upload test reports for discussion with the customer, and pack and despatch the tested samples along with all relevant papers to the customer.


In addition to test, you will work with the Technical Director and other team members to undertake development projects to develop new test fixtures for new package-to-tester interfacing, as required from time to time.


Experience:


As the successful Engineer, you should have experience in electronic engineering, gained in a production, test or laboratory environment where accredited testing and/or calibration activities are undertaken.

You should have strong fault finding skills.

A familiarity with ISO9001 or ISO17025 accredited Quality Systems and accurate documentation completion for compliance is preferred.

Some experience in multi-layer PCB design layout software is preferred.
