We are a growing and expanding Company seeking a part-time Marketing professional to step into our newly created role as we bring several marketing activities in-house from agency outsourcing.

We seek to build our in-house marketing team over future years, this self-motivated and proactive executive will report to the Company owners and assist the sales team via the creation of marketing campaigns and materials across several channels as we grow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing organic content across social media platforms
• Raising brand and company awareness across these main channels to develop future sales opportunities
• Managing and maintaining content on the company website to ensure it's up to date and accurate
• Creating and adapting pdf literature for use by the sales team
• Video editing skills would also be desirable

To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate:

• Ability to creatively and clearly communicate high quality copy across our various channels
• Proficient with CMS platform Wordpress to make content amendments
• Very familiar with all Social Media platforms, experienced creating organic posts and content

This is a flexible part-time role over 15 hours each week, ideally working two full time 7.5 hour days per week or three 5 hour days per week from our office at a Business Park in Wigan.

You will have already acquired experience working in a marketing department or agency and you should ideally possess a marketing qualification (CIM Certificate or equivalent).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively interpret a brief from Company owners and get this into creation, continue on to successfully deliver the campaign to high standards and monitor the feedback and performance.

We seek a proactive, self-motivated professional who takes initiative to bench mark the Company in a competitive market place, adapt and adjust our marketing materials to reflect this and continually seek to improve and drive effectiveness across all channels whilst reporting in progress and feedback to Directors.

We are seeking someone who can be very proactive, someone who can put their own stamp on things and be happy to take the lead and work on their own initiative.

Ability to drive is required as some marketing content can be gained from City Centre properties that we sell, taking photo's and video's of property showroom suites and of construction progress on our property sites.

This forms a small part of the role but an ability to drive and fulfil this is advantageous.
