A fantastic opportunity for a Materials Controller to join a world class manufacturing organisation based in Newhaven offering up to £32,000.

This is an exciting career opportunity for a Materials Controller to add a market leading business to your CV.

This materials position has been created due to business growth & recent acquisitions and will sit in the Operations department.

The Materials Controller will be responsible for managing the supply of incoming and outgoing goods and materials.

Role responsibilities of the Materials Controller include:

Tracking raw material supplies and liaising with key suppliers to maintain sufficient stock to support demand
Responsible for dispatch processes including packing of selected customer foods and preparation of finished product for collection
Control and track key pieces of process equipment
Ensuring necessary accurate documentation is prepared and assigned to outgoing dispatches

Person Specification of the Materials Controller:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills across all departments
Flexible approach and looking for a varied role
Keen to progress career and highly motivated

Salary
Up to £32k

This role will be well suited to you if you have held a role within operations as a material controller, material planner, supply chain planner, inventory planner and material coordinator.
