Managing a team of 5 finance staff overseeing accounts payable, receiveable and credit control
The production of monthly management accounts with commentary
Produce annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Weekly sales forecasts and analysis
Streamline current processes and suggest changes to current working practice
Assist the board with operational decisions to increase commercial performance
