A rare opportunity to join a prestigious Global Design and Architecture Studio as a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Analyst has arisen due to the recent growth of the organisation.

The studio is looking for a passionate and friendly 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their Digital team, which fosters a culture of community and excellence.

WFH flexibility

What you'll be doing

Providing hands on hardware and software support for studio members in a digitally diverse and friendly environment.
Resolve studio members tickets via the Freshservice portal
Liaising with 3rd party vendors
Ensure Laptops, PC's AV equipment and Printers are in working order
Cataloguing hardware and software inventories
Documenting digital systems processes

Windows 10
PC Hardware
Freshservice ticketing portal
MS Office Suite
365 environment (including Team, Sharepoint, OneDrive)
Zoom
Adobe CC suite
Active Directory (management, networking & security principles)

- iOS and Android mobile device support
