What you will be doing...

Project Supervisor

Property will be a vital member of the Property Team responsible for a wide range of construction projects.
In this new and exciting position,
What will you do in the role?
Be responsible for supporting the effective running and management of an operational commercial estate portfolio
Be involved in a strong pipeline of new and existing property projects
Work with our Health & Safety team to make sure all statuary compliance requirements are met and managed effectively as well as assisting in raising and managing any property related order requests
Undertake property inspections, ensuring compliance and assisting in the management of maintenance obligations
Maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety other areas of the business

What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?

Proven experience in general construction and fit out management, ideally from a trade background
NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or similar
Indepth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Sound knowledge of Building Regulations
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to use AutoCAD is desirable
Familiarity with construction/ project management software such as MS Project

attention to detail and ability to work to timescales is essential. Any previous experience in property related aviation / leisure travel is preferable, but not essential. Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.
