To be responsible for the day to day delivery of the Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) Service to both potential and existing clients ensuring that the highest possible standards of advice and guidance are rigorously maintained.
To be responsible for preparing for an GLA/ESFA (or any relevant funding body) audit of client files as and when required
To work closely with the Business and Resources and Employment, Jobs and Partnership teams to ensure that targets achieved.
To lead and develop the provision of adult IAG and careers information including the management of Matrix accreditation across the service.
