Quantum Profile Systems Ltd is a PVC Extrusion Manufacturing Company based in Royton, Oldham.

We are looking for an experienced, part time, HR Administrator to work with the HR Manager to promote and maintain the Company's unique culture by supporting and developing our people to be the best they can be.


Job Description & Specific actions/responsibilities:

Duties are varied but will include

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new employee data and update existing employee data in internal HR databases
  • Involved in the revision and updating of company policies
  • Prepare various HR documents and letters for all aspects of the employee journey
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new recruits
  • Answer any employee queries about HRrelated issues and help resolve any issues informally, if possible
  • Act as notetaker in employee meetings
  • Be involved in training preparation and delivery, and work with line managers to maintain the work area skills matrix
  • Create statistical reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, retention rates, absence and more
  • Help the payroll function by providing uptodate information on all employees including starters and leavers, leaves of absence, special circumstances and more
  • Take an active role in HR projects including employee welfare and benefit utilisation
  • Be involved in arrangements for employee events and meetings including sourcing venues, making bookings and organising catering

Job Types:

£11,650.00 per year
