Based on the outskirts of Andover, we create and supply software for businesses within the leisure industry.
The company was born from needs within the leisure industry and has evolved to provide a dynamic solution for private businesses.
Our main clients are private swim schools, who use our software to help with the day-to-day running of their business.
Main Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for clients on our system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of its features and functionalities.
- Create training materials, which include videos and manuals, to reflect system updates.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and uptodate
Contract Length:
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9:00am till 5:00pm
Salary:
£23,500.00 per annum
Holiday:
28 Days (Pro-rata Inc bank holidays)
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in customer support/service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a great telephone manner.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
Maths & English - GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C
