DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Planning Administrator to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

Working closely with the planning team to provide admin support to the operation and customer
Manually booking in customer orders as per their requirements
Generating reports from the system
Effectively communicating with the planning operation, customer and other departments

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Excellent IT skills must have a good working knowledge of Excel
General Administration experience from a similar role
Must be able to effectively balance workload whilst being well organised with a methodical approach
A fast learner who can pick up new IT systems quickly
