Support Administrator (Full Time, Hybrid Working)


This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and technically minded individual with proven customer service experience to join the friendly, creative team at it'seeze.


We are a national web design franchise company based in Torquay, Devon, and we're now looking for a talented support administrator to join our fast-growing team and provide excellent support and expert advice to both our clients and franchisees.


About the role

Main responsibilities:


  • Liaising between our franchisees and Head Office team to solve queries and translate any technical language into simple terms that can be easily understood by all parties
  • Ensuring websites are booked into our production queue and launched within an appropriate timeframe
  • Feeding back new ideas and suggestions to improve internal processes, boost customer retention, and generate new leads
  • Registering, transferring and managing domain names

About you
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a passion for digital learning and excellent communication skills.


You should be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, who is also organised and able to work independently on projects.


Skills and experience:


  • Experience in a similar customer service role
  • Good working knowledge and technical understanding of the internet
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Great problemsolving skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new software packages

About this vacancy


This is a full-time role with a hybrid working schedule, with the working week currently split into 3 days based at our national Head Office in Torquay and 2 days of remote work.

Salary will be dependent on experience.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

You'll be joining our experienced team in a contemporary working environment, with an open plan office and convenient location.
