Job Description:

We are currently on the search for multiple motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Associate/Graduate

Consultant's.

Whether you're a recent graduate or you are looking to explore recruitment as a new career path, this is an exceptional opportunity to start yourself off in a recruitment company that tries to do things differently.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and winning new business through business development calls
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Managing the full endtoend recruitment process
• Develop an indepth understanding of the key markets we operate in
• Building out your vertical and developing your desk

Requirements:

• Recently graduated from university OR experience working within sales / customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, teamoriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and resilient
• Team player
• Outgoing and willing to go the extra mile.
• Sociable and able to network and build good relationships.
• Ability to work in our Central London office 4 days a week.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
