Our Client, a Global Retail company are urgently looking for a Healthy & Safety Manager to join the EMEA team to support and lead Health & Safety projects.

You will be engaging with business partners and major stakeholders to ensure all Health & Safety policiesand procedures are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has had experience in Health & Safety management within the Retail industry, who is looking to further their career within a global company.

Key Requirements:

Have detailed knowledge of all policies and procedures in relation to security, Health & Safety and Risk
Experience of working cross functionally to assess and document the health & safety risk for any new store format, product or process
Effective project management: development of a documented plan with measurable outcomes
Effectively management of time and prioritisation
Uses initiative to autonomously problem solve
Set direction for self
Flexible styles/ adapt able to enable highly effective communication and listening skills
Appropriate analytical skills with attention to detail
Skilled investigator/interviewer
Appropriate level of criminal; civil and H&S legislation
Commercially astute and able to be flexible.
Full driving license and access to own reliable transportation
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude and growth mindset
Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to build longterm business relationships
Ability to consult and influence decisionmaking
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel; PowerPoint and Outlook
