Your day to day


The Specialist Performance Programmes EMEAA will be the main contact within the team for all loyalty initiatives, particularly focusing on initiatives that drive loyalty and other performance metrics across our hotels in EMEAA.


  • Develop and manage relationships with key global & regional stakeholders. Understand and represent the needs of both the global teams and nuances of the regional teams and hotels.
  • Main contact for loyalty initiatives, responsible for ensuring delivery of all loyalty messaging to internal stakeholders and hotels via various channels.
  • Support hotels within the Performance Essentials programme with loyalty delivery where required as requested by support leads
  • Support delivery of annual EMEAA Operations Support plans to achieve regional performance metrics and priorities.
  • Support delivery of monthly calls & newsletters for Hotel Experience Champions, delivering global, EMEAA and regional specific messages.
  • Support hotels in the use of IHG Hotel Experience platforms and processes such as Tactical Solve, Performance Tracker and Hotel Experience Source.
  • Deliver globally designed content or support creation of EMEAA specific programs, tools and resources for hotels to drive metrics & loyalty performance.
  • Support delivery of projects and/or manage small project workstreams designed to drive metrics performance
  • Analyse & interpret activity data and metrics performance to identify regional gaps, leverage region/global best practice and provide recommendations and feedback to center/global on continuous improvement in hotel experience and standards compliance to reach performance targets.

What we need from you

  • Practical experience within a hotel, education or training qualifications.
  • Ability to work autonomously on multiple tasks and projects.
  • Well organised with attention to detail and able to achieve timelines.
  • Clear project planning and implementation capability to assess and develop recommendations based on business needs and assessments.
  • Good understanding of the markets we operate in and the context of working in a diverse region.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to analyse markets, performance data, and business issues and draw insight / conclusions to formulate solutions that support the channels and loyalty plans.
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills in English and one other language preferred, with the ability to build relationships across multiple business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint outcomes.
