Description
We are looking for a practice manager to join our flagship advanced oral health centre in Barnsley,

  • Located in Peel Street Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk from the train station with a variety of local amenities nearby.
  • You will be joining an experienced and established team within a 10 surgery site, which offers a vast range of exciting treatments for our patients including Oral Surgery, Implants and short term orthodontics.
  • This is a busy and popular practice with a private revenue target of around £1.2M.


Whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed great leadership and business skills in other sectors such as retail or hospitality we are keen to hear from you.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

  • Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
