Planner (Fit-Out / Build)

Co. Antrim

Due to continued growth, year after year, one of my clients are actively seeking a committed
Planner to add to the team

Currently have some incredible fit-out projects in the pipeline.


They deliver a world class fit-out service across a range of sectors, including hotels, residential, stadiums, commercial, marine, and modular solutions.


Day to Day:


  • Prepare comprehensive planning information on new project start ups.
  • Updating current project programmes and plans with site feedback.
  • Work with the Estimating team with the preparation of tenderprograms and method statements.
  • Controlling and recording programme revisions.
  • Providing frequent evaluation and commentary of progress to the Management Team.

Experience:


  • Project planning / scheduling experience on interior fitout type projects.
  • Proficient user of ASTA or MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
  • Client facing, UK driving licence, able to travel with the role on occasion.
