About the Role:


A full time vacancy has arisen in our small but busy & friendly HR team at Suffolk Primary Care, due to maternity leave.

The primary focus of the role will be on recruitment.

The role is offered on a 1 year fixed term contract

The main duties of the role are:

  • To assist with the recruitment process from advertisement stage using NHS Jobs and other recruitment platforms through to appointment including pre-employment checks as directed by the Managing Director. This includes recruitment of Independent Contractors and agency staff.
  • To collate and maintain a library of adverts and job descriptions
  • To respond to enquiries regarding advertised posts and ad hoc enquiries to given timeframes and standards

Qualifications

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • A basic understanding of HR law
Experience Essential

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience of working within an environment delivering excellent customer service
Desirable

  • Experience of working within an NHS HR role
  • Experience of payroll work
