About the Role:

A full time vacancy has arisen in our small but busy & friendly HR team at Suffolk Primary Care, due to maternity leave.

The primary focus of the role will be on recruitment.

The role is offered on a 1 year fixed term contract

The main duties of the role are:

To assist with the recruitment process from advertisement stage using NHS Jobs and other recruitment platforms through to appointment including pre-employment checks as directed by the Managing Director. This includes recruitment of Independent Contractors and agency staff.
To collate and maintain a library of adverts and job descriptions
To respond to enquiries regarding advertised posts and ad hoc enquiries to given timeframes and standards

Qualifications

Essential

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
A basic understanding of HR law

Experience Essential

Experience of working in an office environment
Experience of working within an environment delivering excellent customer service

Desirable

Experience of working within an NHS HR role
Experience of payroll work
