We have a new and exciting opportunity to join Virgin Media Business (VMB) as a Business Enablement Specialist.

Within this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our Sales Support team, by means of ensuring 'Business-to-Business' (B2B) orders are placed accurately and are recorded on all relevant systems, and that the appropriate governance & compliance guidelines are followed and adhered to throughout.

As one of our highly valued Business Enablement Specialists, you'll play an integral role from the entry point of the customer order through to delivery, where you will be tasked with supporting Account Managers working on complex deals on behalf of Public Sector & Enterprise clients.

You will help manage sales engagements and order requests by means of ensuring commercial governance & due diligence as well as work across functions to help identify risks, resolve any issues that may impact the customer order and deliver against appropriate Service Level Agreements.


The must haves- Experience of working in a sophisticated office-based environment, providing top-tier clerical and/or sales support.- Proven experience of communicating confidently, clearly, and effectively across a wide range of audiences.- An ability to work to your own initiative by also collaboratively within a team.

Other stuff we're looking for- A background in understanding a product portfolio and its associated pricing structures would be useful, but not essential.
