Brighton, BN1

Salary:
£35k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced
Commercial & Block Property Manager for an established professional property company specialising in Development, Investment and Asset Management with offices in the
Brighton area.

The role will involve dealing with and managing a commercial property portfolio so knowledge of commercial leases is essential. There is also a Block Management Portfolio so a sound knowledge of Block Management is also essential.

The various skills required in this role will include:exceptional client contact skills, property management, repairs and maintenance, accounting, as well as negotiating and interpreting leases, renewals, rent reviews and licences.

A proven background in commercial property would be beneficial in addition to qualifications within property management.

Skills:
The skills required for this Commercial & Block Property Manager role will include:

Previous experience in the commercial property sector
Previous experience in the block management
Excellent customer service
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of the local area
Ability to build strong business relationships
Confident in liaising with other sectors
