An opportunity has arisen to join our busy TAMCO office, as a Sales Advisor.

TAMCO is part of the Tamlite Lighting Group which has over 40 years experience producing lighting products.

TAMCO is the Lighting spare parts division, which suppliers over 390 CEF (City Electrical Factor) branches plus their online operation.

Here you will have to deal with various types of enquiries from simple battery maintenance to more complicated LED driver replacements.

These types of enquiries will require gathering and putting together technical information to offer the right replacement.

The role will require someone who is willing to invest time in leaning the product ranges and different technologies available, so they can become an essential part of the team and assets for our customers.

You will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound sales queries and dealing with day to day sales activities.
• Speaking with suppliers and placing orders.
• Providing customers with quotations.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
• Good telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
• A confident and determined approach.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key information:

• Full Time position.
• Hours are 8.00am 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
• Previous experience in an office environment is welcome but not essential.
• This role will be based at site only.
