Pearson Ferrier are one of the highest performing estate agencies in the area. We have over 10 branches throughout the North West, and have been established for over 30 years. Our Cheethamhill branch requires a full time, enthusiastic and hardworking Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

Duties would include:
Conducting viewings

Negotiating offers

Referencing

Moving tenants in and out of the properties

Dealing with maintenance

Renewals of tenancies

Reach sales targets for the company

A naturally enthusiastic person, you must be self-motivated, possess effective communication, interpersonal and time management skills, an excellent team player, although able to work just as effectively alone, truly organised and committed to getting the job done to the highest possible standard, and have the ability to progress to Branch Manager Position.

With established, proven systems already in place, you will need to be accomplished in the use of Microsoft packages and have the aptitude to learn new systems.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5:30pm

Saturday am - 2:00pm

Salary
- £ £ Commission depending on experience.

£18,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year
