Hey We're a connectivity supplier, providing cutting-edge phone systems to businesses. We're all about making communication easy and seamless for businesses.

We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Superstar to join our team and help our clients get set up with their new phone systems.


As our Customer Onboarding Superstar, you'll be the go-to person for our clients when it comes to getting started with their new phone systems.

You'll be a pro at making sure everything is set up correctly and that our clients are up and running in no time.


We're all about having fun and making work enjoyable, so we've got a bunch of cool stuff to keep you entertained, like table tennis, darts, and even free lunch on Fridays.

We believe in working hard and playing hard, and we're always looking for new ways to make our work environment even more awesome.


Here's what you'll be doing as our Customer Onboarding Superstar:

  • Setting up new clients on our phone systems and making sure everything is working perfectly.
  • Providing training and support to our clients to ensure they're comfortable with their new phone systems.
  • Communicating with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met and they're happy with our services.
  • Discussing additional features and spotting opportunities to upsell and crosssell.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions to our product and development teams.
  • Staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and sharing your knowledge with the team.

Here's what we're looking for in our Customer Onboarding Superstar:

  • You've got at least 2 years of experience in customer service, and you're a real pro at it.
  • You're a great communicator and you know how to build relationships with people.
  • You're not afraid to take risks and try new things.
  • You're a team player, but you're also pretty damn good at working independently.
  • You love having fun at work and you're always looking for new ways to make things more exciting.
