We have been in operation for over 12 years and are the leading supplier of mentoring platforms to professional membership bodies, the public sector including the NHS, charities and large organisations.

Our customer attrition rate is very low and we believe this is down to our first-class customer support.

Proven customer support/ relationship management experience

Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Positive attitude and ability to show initiative

Excellent computer/Microsoft/excel skills

A keen eye for detail


The role will include:

Following up client support requests and liaising with other teams to provide a solution

Providing client training

Preparing for and holding client review meetings

Testing new mentoring platforms

Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
