Our customer attrition rate is very low and we believe this is down to our first-class customer support.Proven customer support/ relationship management experience
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and ability to show initiative
Excellent computer/Microsoft/excel skills
A keen eye for detail
The role will include:
Following up client support requests and liaising with other teams to provide a solution
Providing client training
Preparing for and holding client review meetings
Testing new mentoring platforms

From £20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 per week
