PERMANENT POSITION Our Client, a bespoke metal fabrication specialist based in Pershore, are looking for a
SALES ADMINISTRATOR who thrives on working in a busy environment, to become part of their friendly and supportive growing team.
This is a permanent position.

Duties Include:


  • Answering calls in a pleasant, efficient manner
  • Projecting a professional and welcoming image to customers, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Using an inhouse IT system.
  • Managing incoming customer enquiries by loading preprepared quotations and adding new sales orders onto the system.
  • Working closely with purchasing to ensure requests are communicated.
  • Preparing job cards for the shop floor.
  • Gaining an overall understanding of all processes to enable cover of other administration staff during absences.
  • Previous experience of working within an administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An ability to communicate at all levels to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to consistently maintain accuracy, even when under pressure.
  • A positive, cando attitude.
  • An ability to effectively multitask, yet still work efficiently, in a fastpaced environment.

- £25,000 per annum
