PERMANENT POSITION Our Client, a bespoke metal fabrication specialist based in Pershore, are looking for a
SALES ADMINISTRATOR who thrives on working in a busy environment, to become part of their friendly and supportive growing team.
This is a permanent position.
Duties Include:
- Answering calls in a pleasant, efficient manner
- Projecting a professional and welcoming image to customers, suppliers, and visitors.
- Using an inhouse IT system.
- Managing incoming customer enquiries by loading preprepared quotations and adding new sales orders onto the system.
- Working closely with purchasing to ensure requests are communicated.
- Preparing job cards for the shop floor.
- Gaining an overall understanding of all processes to enable cover of other administration staff during absences.
- Previous experience of working within an administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to communicate at all levels to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to consistently maintain accuracy, even when under pressure.
- A positive, cando attitude.
- An ability to effectively multitask, yet still work efficiently, in a fastpaced environment.

- £25,000 per annum
