Opportunity to work for a private investment & development company. The position is for a lettings / sales assistant with some reception duties at a progressive student lettings agency which owns a small portfolio of 62 # quality properties. We are offering over 257# students good value and competitive services. A branded landlord with unique business vision and development plans also for an educational community concept.
The position is an opportunity to work with an established business and develop with a close management team, applicants must be driven to succeed long term.

Job Role & Salary:

minimum wage per hour (must be flexible and able to work occasional Saturdays over the peak periods )

Must have sales experience and be capable of using Excel and Word.

• Visiting tenanted properties & reporting on condition & tenancy issues.
• Liaise with our maintenance team & contractors.
• Plan, prepare and comprehend all information for lettings season
• Upgrade properties and negotiate with the prospective / tenants
• Conduct viewings and vet suitable tenants.
• Prepare tenancy agreements packs and streamline all prospective & new tenants.
• Dealing with tenants & issues, guarantors, universities and NCC
• Provide personal customer care with team and via technology / automatism.
• Develop Beeliving's USP's and "Home from Home Living".

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Genuine interest in the Nottingham property market
• Good sales experience desirable
• Business minded with references
• Able to work with excel reports
• A "people's person" to deal with the needs of young tenants
• Clean driving licence
• Must have a knowledge or interest in sales

Please note it will be necessary to work Saturday as part of this role (During peak season). Hours of work to be negotiated.
