Human Resources Assistant
Duties:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems like Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Assist in organising training sessions and workshops for staff development
- Manage social media platforms for HRrelated content and employer branding
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and working with HRIS systems like Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay:
£27,000.00 per year
