Inbound Call Handler - WFH
We are looking for a high volume of full-time Call Centre Agents to work for us.
We are only able to consider applicants within a 1 hour commuting distance of our Sheffield Offices.
These roles involve assisting on an important government project.
HOURS:
- Monday
- Friday 08:0020:00.
- 09:0017:30 Weekend and bank holidays
WAGE:
£ Per Hour (Paid Monthly)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking inbound calls
- Updating records and escalating calls where necessary
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable in speaking on the phone
- Able to use a computer/laptop
- Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
- You must not have any unspent criminal convictions, and be able to supply appropriate documentation for us to conduct a basic DBS as part of a government standard BPSS check
