Customer Service Representative


An opportunity to be part of a team working for a leading global giant as a Customer Service Representative - In this role you will provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

Helping to achieve sales targets by maximising orders and building positive relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Resolve complaints and record them accurately, ensuring customer and company satisfaction.
  • Make proactive TLC customer care calls to improve service levels and anticipate issues.
  • Monitor customer accounts, provide updates, and engage with customers.
  • Contribute to team results by meeting departmental KPIs.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of order book management and customer experience.
  • Support order processors and ensure consistent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience, including handling calls.
  • Selfmotivated with a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Resilience and confidence.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
