Customer Service Representative
An opportunity to be part of a team working for a leading global giant as a Customer Service Representative - In this role you will provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve complaints and record them accurately, ensuring customer and company satisfaction.
- Make proactive TLC customer care calls to improve service levels and anticipate issues.
- Monitor customer accounts, provide updates, and engage with customers.
- Contribute to team results by meeting departmental KPIs.
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of order book management and customer experience.
- Support order processors and ensure consistent customer service.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, including handling calls.
- Selfmotivated with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Computer literate.
- Resilience and confidence.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
