Position:


what I do is:

The role will involve managing multiple tasks, small-scale initiatives and at times larger ones at pace.

You will also assist in PMO functions such as supporting larger projects, scheduling and hosting project review calls, developing management reports and analysing data.

Coordination of activity across internal and client teams will make up a large part of your daily work and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and clients is key.

Diligent use of project control tools such as Portfolio Trackers, Action Trackers, RAID and Project Finance sheets will be required to stay in control of things.

Flexibility and responsiveness whilst at times working in ambiguity is vital.


Requirements:


The skills I need are:


  • Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple activities at once in a fastpaced environment.
  • Diligent with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to analyse data.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with excellent numeracy.
  • Task orientated approach with the desire and ability to get things done.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
