The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Pure Electric Ambassador based in Bristol.

This is a Fixed term contract position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Pure Electric, offering a salary of £100 a day with a £25 daily bonus.

The Role


As a Pure Electric Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand in your store, driving interactions, engagement, and delivering an incredible customer experience in every interaction that you have.

You will use your relationship building skills and high energy to create an electric atmosphere that draws people in.

Through interacting and engaging with shoppers, you will tailor each demonstration to the individual's unique lifestyle, delivering an incredible premium experience, driving knowledge, sales and increasing brand advocacy.


Your passion for sustainability, fitness, and tech combined with a love for our products will entice the customers to understand more, and how this matches their lifestyle.

Your role will be crucial to our success, and in the continuous drive to put us on top as market leaders.

We are looking for someone who is positive, self-driven, results orientated with clear focus on retail and exceptional customer service.

An excellent, well-spoken communicator who is reliable, tolerant, and determined. One who relishes accountability and ownership of personal targets with passion for Pure Electric and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and emulate our brand and mission through every customer interaction
  • Be the biggest brand advocate and champion, driving interactions, engagement, and knowledge
  • Build meaningful shopper and colleague relationships to upsell products where possible
  • Increase conversion rate from browsing to purchase
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of our products
  • Create retail theatre and memorable demonstrations
  • Promote exceptional customer service
  • Use your competitor insight, commercial acumen, and power of influence to gain new opportunities for the brand in store
  • Increase market share and brand advocacy in your store
  • Capture and report all relevant data daily
  • Feedback customer and store ideas and suggestions
Skill and Experience


Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in premium or highend retail
  • Driven and selfmotivated
  • Well organised and always on top of their responsibilities
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication
  • Proven ability to adapt service style to suit customers' needs
  • Strong skills in building relationships
  • Creative and innovative able to think differently
  • Proven ability to hit targets and exceed results
