South East
Full time**
Salary £25,000 + car

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, luxury sleep brand as a Visual Merchandiser and Sales Trainer, covering the South East.

This retailer specialises in high quality mattresses and is now looking for a skilled and experienced VM to driveinstore standards and sales across all sites.

This role requires a lot of travel between sites daily so you must be happy being out on the road

Visual Merchandiser - the role:

Ensure all products are presented to the highest standard in line with company guidelines
Provide product training and support to instore staff
Provide market intelligence on competitors' products & promotions
Build strong relationships with all instore teams
Communicate visual concepts to all audiences

Visual Merchandiser - the person:

Experience within the furniture or bed industry is highly desirable
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and implement change
Open and honest character who is an outgoing, friendly and approachable person with the ability to communicate effectively
Selfmotivated, enthusiastic and driven
Driving licence is essential

To be successful in this role you should have experience training teams in a Visual Merchandiser / Account Manager / Brand Rep role, ideally within the bed or furniture industry.
