**Account Manager, Digital Marketing

Location:
Remote role (company based in London but can work from anywhere)****Type:Permanent

  • Full Time**
    Salary £30k £32k DOE + Commission

Client Profile:

Our client is a leading B2B demand generation agency servicing many of the leading technology companies worldwide, with a focus on consultative, business driven, solution selling.


The role:


  • Using initiative to act independently on accounts without regular involvement of the line manager, leading internal and client project status calls, reviewing delivery of assets against briefs and providing feedback to teams involved in delivery
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of project management including translating client requirements into project and creative briefs, estimating costs and timeframe,, scheduling resources and regular reporting to both client and agency teams
  • Manage client relationships and make sure the right people are engaged in delivering to the client's requirements, including liaising with creative and technical teams and leading the briefing, management and review of materials
  • Advising clients on strategic initiatives, campaign planning, and content creation, but, essentially, understand when to involve supporting consultants and when to make recommendations themselves
  • Mentor and/or manage Account Coordinators

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must be fluent in English
  • Ability to multitask
  • At least 3 years solid B2B marketing experience, preferably digital
  • Recent (past 12 years) digital agency experience working on blue chip B2B client business
  • Excellent oral communication skills, confident and tenacious
  • Highly motivated individuals who are seeking a busy and progressive career
  • Experience with Marketo and/or Eloqua is a plus but not essential
