World Fuel Services currently requires a Boiler Service Administrator within our team in Northampton.

The Boiler Service Administrator will be responsible for taking bookings from customers that require engineers to attend their premises as well as designing the routes that will be undertaken by the engineers.

The Boiler Service Administrator will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to new and existing customers and delivering an efficient customer support service.

The Role


Principle Duties:

  • To answer incoming calls and assist customers with their requirements and queries.
  • Plan and book engineers' daily appointments with the customer and the engineer. Add the appointments and information to the computer systems and, therefore, excellent computer skills are a necessity.
  • Ensure engineers bookings are routed efficiently to maximise productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Assist the engineers with ordering parts.
  • Keep the Boiler Service Activities up to date on the system.
  • To carry out general office administration duties.
  • To be available to cover on Saturday mornings from 1st November to 30th March on a rota basis.
  • To actively cross sell the Company's services and products wherever and whenever possible.
  • To keep Company documentation up to date, accurately filled in and stored in accordance with GDPR.
  • All employees must maintain the confidentiality of the Company and its' customers. They must be professional at all times.
  • Employees should be flexible in their approach and be able to communicate well with both colleagues and customers. Their overall presentation should be smart and representative of the Company image.
The Individual


Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills are essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential in order to respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience of inputting data quickly and accurately.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Administration experience is essential.

Desirable:

  • Experience within a sales, logistics or supply chain support function.
