Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with several depots across the UK.

Currently they are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / HGV Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor to join their busy depot.

Whether you run a single van or hundreds of trucks, Intercounty has the expertise across a diverse customer portfolio to offer the best service.

As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
Checking in vehicles, including entering customer and vehicle information on internal software
Creating quotations for customer on repairs and works, ensuring the customer is happy
Arranging vehicle pick up date, time method and location with the customer
Monitoring repair and works status, keeping the customer up to date
Explaining and handing over the repair and work details to the workshop team
Performing visual inspections of vehicles before and after any works conducted
To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service and Workshop teams

As the Service Advisor, you will have the following:

Experience in the automotive sector desirable
Experience in a customer contact and customer support position
General IT Skills including Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
