Wild are working alongside a great London based company. They are looking for a Finance Operations Executive.

This role is a new opportunity within the business, it is supporting with the operations team that oversee the delivery of exams, reporting and billing.


The Role:


  • Process payroll payments
  • Purchase orders
  • Produce budget and cost analysis
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Support with adhoc projects
  • Provide support with queries
  • Invoicing

Experience:


  • Highly organised and has great attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills formulas, pivot tables, functions
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of reviewing processes
  • Experience within a finance department
