Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (no less than 20 hours per week)

£10.00 per hour

Temporary for 6-8 weeks

The Role of a Lettings Administrator


A Lettings Administrator is required to join a friendly team and great working environment to support a temporary administrative project by collating and recording data.


Main duties of a Lettings Administrator will include:

  • Contacting tenants and confirming information recorded on database
  • Data entry
  • Capturing new information
  • Other administrative duties
The ideal Lettings Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to display a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Competent with administration tasks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good I.T skills
