We support children to develop confidence to 'have a go' themselves, ask for support when they need it and develop independence to learn by trial and error.
St Martin's Centre Nursery is an Outstanding setting based in the east end of Newcastle, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team.
Promote the health, safety and well-being of the children.
Support children's development, learning and play.
Be a 'Key Person' carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families.
Be a positive role model and be able to showcase high quality practice with regards to individual and group work with children.
Take responsibility alongside the Nursery Management Team for the safety, security and well-being of all children, staff and visitors at all times.
Support the management team in supporting the nursery to maintain 'Outstanding' judgement with Ofsted.
Embrace, understand and promote St Martin's Centre and to understand the role you play as part of the team to provide high levels of care and education.
