An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small but rapidly growing team here at Pure Garden.Based in Hawkinge just outside of Folkestone, we are seeking an enthusiastic team player looking for customer service experience in an office-based role.
Problem solving is also key as many customer interactions play out differently.You should be willing to solve customer issues independently, offering a high standard of service while keeping in mind commercial limitations.
Key responsibilities:
Answering the phone offering helpful and enthusiastic service to all our customers.
Processing orders you have taken yourself or that other colleagues pass on.
Additional office duties including data entry, filing and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Occasionally helping customers who visit our site here in Hawkinge.
Personal specification:
Excellent communication skills
Desire to learn new things
Adaptability for an evolving and growing workplace
Ability to manage your own time and work well under pressure
Comfortable using a computer.
