Duties & Responsibilities:


  • To support and guide clients through the initial stages of enquiry.
  • To log and maintain client records within the loan management system.
  • To ensure all the enquiry data is accurate and logged to support the accurate generation of data for reporting purposes.
  • To drive own personal development by undertaking training from the team and completing the external studies aiming to obtain a full Chartered Banking qualification.
  • To prioritise and manage your time to meet the requirements of the role and the needs of the organisation.
  • To follow the procedures and processes laid down by the organisation.
  • To represent the organisation's best interests throughout the loan process.
  • Provide support to wider teams in the organisation.
  • To provide appropriate cover for holidays and absences.
  • To undertake any other duties as may be requested by your manager appropriate to the grade and responsibilities of this post.

Due to this role being FCA regulated we do comprehensive pre-employment checks that include a DBS check, referencing and a Credit File check.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
