Working patterns available:

Wednesday - Saturday 06:00hrs - 17:30hrs
**Sunday

Wednesday 06:00hrs 17:30hrs**To coordinate activities and requirements of the factory through acting as first point of contact and liaison for line leaders, technical departments, stock control, planning, engineering and senior management.

Deal with and resolve issues to ensure the smooth and effective running of the factory.

Maximise line efficiencies. Ensure that the quality of all products generated by the lines meets customer and in house standards.

Ensure that all paperwork & systems are up to date.

Assist and train Team Leaders and production staff to reach their full potential through communication, coaching & identifying training needs.
