Social Media Executive job description

• Coordinate our social media activity efforts to support our overall marketing strategy and achieve quarterly objectives.
• Responsible for creating, executing and managing organic social media activity.
• Create engaging and channelspecific content based on datadriven insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues to produce engaging onbrand content across our social media platforms.
• Support Digital Marketing Manager deliver campaignrelated social media campaigns, following best practices.
• Support to protect and grow brand awareness and perception across social media platforms.
• Be equipped with the latest social media algorithm updates and platform developments.
• Able to critically evaluate and measure social media activity success, feeding the learnings into the Marketing Team.
• Proactively research trends and insights to recommend and test new methods to engage with social community.

Social Media Executive person specification

• Proven track record in Social Media Marketing content creation.
• Understanding of various social media platforms and analytic tools.
• Passion for keeping up to date with the latest industry developments.
• A clear understanding of the impact of social media on the marketing strategy.
• Ability to analyse results and make strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines whilst demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a great eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and copywriting skills.

Hybrid working model:
Three days in the office, two days at home.
