Recruitment Consultant is required to join the family orientated team and grow the already established portfolio to the next stage. The sky is the limit when it comes to progression and earning potential so if you are a motivated, proactive and a confident individual this may be the role for you.

As the successful

Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

Building relationships with clients in order to encourage repeat business
Working towards various KPIs set out by the Team Leader

Skills required:

Prior Recruitment Consultant experience
Confidence and eagerness to progress
Clear and confident communication skills
A desire to achieve various targets

As the successful

Recruitment Consultant you will be offered a basic salary of £22,500 per annum with the first years on target earning being upward of £40,000 Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
