Salary:
£44,000+ depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with Engineering Managers to manage recruitment activities
- Supporting the team with recruitment activities
- Supporting the Early Careers activities throughout the year; including recruitment and management of placements
- Responsible for developing capability management plans, working closely with the delivery teams to maintain the domain capability
- Managing SQEP resourcing to match programme delivery needs
Your skills and experiences:
Essential**:
- Background in the Electrical Engineering domain
- Competent in Microsoft packages
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels, including upper management
Desirable:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Chartered Engineer Status

This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
