This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Application Support Engineer to join Celon, starting immediately, on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend.


Celon is a Microsoft Gold Partner with a growing consultancy team - we value building experience and responsibility, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and benefit from mentorship guidance and support.


  • Escalate problems and errors to vendors and act as problem owner to deliver resolution.
  • Provide support and guidance to projects working on new developments of production systems; run and monitor test environments in support of new releases
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT Support and/or development
  • Strong desire to continue learning and certify in relevant technologies
  • A positive "Can Do" attitude
  • Interest and enthusiasm for troubleshooting and finding solutions

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:


  • SQL Database Administrator
  • Application Support
  • SharePoint Support
  • Development Languages (C#, Java,.net, T-SQL)
  • Microsoft Dynamics Support
  • Microsoft Power Platform (BI/Apps/Automate)
  • Experience with Microsoft server platform (required)
  • CRM (deep dive) Application Support
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management
