Group Treasury and Corporate Accounting Manager

Salary:
£65K -£75K

Discretionary bonus

Location :
Crawley, West Sussex


Duties include:


  • Management of the Group's treasury facilities
  • Refinancing of facilities as and when they come up for renewal
  • Reviewing and proposing changes to the Group's debt strategy
  • Covenant reporting, compliance and resolution of issues
  • Debt/cash flow/covenant forecasting and budgeting
  • Oversight of the Group's overseas and inter company funding arrangements
  • Management and upkeep of the bank mandates
  • Optimising the usage of the Group's global cash position
  • Management of the Group's insurance policy
  • Liaison with auditors
  • Management of outsourced transactional accounting services
  • Production of cost centre spend reports
  • Management of supplier payment process

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in treasury or from a finance background with an interest in treasury
  • Experience of accounting for corporate cost bases, cost centres and budgeting
  • Experience of multi currency international organisations
