Brand Manager

London

40k - 45k (Dependant on experience)
My client is a well-established, award-winning premium self-tan brand.

Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Brand Manager has arisen to grow brand awareness and strategize marketing plans.


Responsibilities

  • Devise brand strategy with support of Group Marketing Manager
  • Provide creativity to campaigns.
  • Analysis of market trends and needs.
  • Brief design team on all marketing and productrelated artwork
  • Manage the product development and kit launch calendar including briefing, design, copy, artwork, sampling, forecasts, pricing strategy, sales presentation and launch material;
  • Work with the Sales Team to determine the NPD requirements for the brand ensuring each product (including but not limited to product, packaging, advertising, merchandising and promotional development)

Requirements:


  • Prior marketing experience is required preferably in the beauty industry
  • Graduate calibre (Marketing/Business/Management preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of local and national consumer marketing
