Senior Paid Social Executive

Leeds / Hybrid - typically 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

OVERVIEW:

SharkNinja is the company behind the hugely successful Shark and Ninja brands.

Our mission is to delight our consumers with innovative products, and to positively impact people's lives every day in every home around the world We now have an opportunity for a brilliant Senior Paid Social Executive to join the team and we are searching for someone with a growth mindset.

In this role, you will own Paid Social strategy and performance across all platforms for both the Shark & Ninja brands, playing a crucial role in delivering further growth in 2023 and beyond.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do

Day to day management and optimisation of our Paid Social accounts (Meta, Tik Tok etc.) including building campaigns and creating audiences
Analyse/manipulate performance data to identify areas to improve or opportunities to grow revenue
Create a category focused Paid Social strategy that aligns with business/category objectives
Responsible for providing actionable insight and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance versus our forecast and KPI's
Ensure platform hygiene is of a gold standard and we take a bestinclass approach to campaign setup & optimisation. This will involve collaborating with peers across the globe
Monitor & analyse competitor activity
We believe innovation is crucial in achieving longterm growth/success and you will be expected to challenge the ordinary
Collaborate with internal teams including the wider marketing team, merchandising, commercial finance and marketing measurement
Ensure we are getting the most out of our technology platforms & external partners (such as Meta & Tik Tok)
Keep up to date with the latest industry news and inform/upskill the team

Attributes & Skills

At least 2 years' experience in Paid Social (Ideally working on eCommerce brands, hands on experience with Facebook Business Manager is essential)
A strong commercial acumen and results driven
A motivated selfstarter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
Thrives in a fastpaced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
Advanced data manipulation skills, strong Excel knowledge is essential
Experience using Data Studio and Google Analytics is advantageous
